Position Description:

As a Senior Sales Manager with strong business development skills, you will manage, coordinate and grow the sales of Cinemo’s infotainment solutions in the automotive market in the South Korea Region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and coordinating with the Sales Director until closing new business opportunities within large existing and new automotive accounts, while establishing and maintaining customer relationships on key decision maker level.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationship and support all commercial aspects of the sales cycle to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize the potential of key customer account business and achieve growth and sales targets by defining, implementing and executing strategic account plans, and by identifying sales opportunities.
  • Expand Cinemo’s customer base by addressing potential new customers and establishing initial relationships with business relevant contacts, allowing for Cinemo to increase overall market awareness in the Automotive industry and beyond.
  • Monitor and assess new market trends and competition.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for customers and lead negotiations, in coordination with the Sales Director, to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate internally with Solution Engineering, Project Management, Legal and Finance.

Experience:

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or equivalent education
  • 5+ years experience in sales or business development in Automotive for software technologies
  • Business enabler with a proven track record in growing business significantly
  • Successful experience with large account management and CRM tools
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Korean
  • Highly customer-driven mind set with focus on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, high level of proactiveness, confidence in handling uncertainty
  • Open and flexible to travel regularly
  • Firm and well acquainted with South Korean Automotive business culture and processes
