Position Description:

This role requires you to work closely with various teams in the business including Sales, Customer Project Management, Quality Engineering, Software Engineering and IT Support to monitor the execution of their processes through internal process compliance checks. Additionally, you will plan, coordinate and play an active role as a co-assessor in external compliance assessments of our projects, products and processes. As a Process Analyst, under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Manager you will be required to conduct and oversee the “plan do check act” actions to ensure that Cinemo’s high quality in-vehicle infotainment solutions are in compliance with regulatory, corporate and customer standards/requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customer interface regarding Software Compliance topics (including but not limited to ASPICE, ISO21434, ISO9001 and TISAX)
  • Assess project quality according to these industry standards by planning & performing internal audits, assessments, process compliance checks
  • Ensure independent & transparent reporting of compliance status of the projects (e.g. risks, issues & escalations) to higher management and identified stakeholders
  • Support the definition of the necessary corrective & preventive actions
  • Perform product & process quality and compliance check for customer deliveries & give recommendations
  • Monitor & track the compliance issues until closure
  • Plan, support and execute internal and external ASPICE Audits & Assessments
  • Ensure Deployment/Roll out of defined processes to projects
  • Perform compliance activities as per the Quality Assurance plan
  • Gap analysis among organization processes and automotive industry standard processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in organization processes/guidelines

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of various standards (e.g. ASPICE/VDA, ISO9001, ISO21434, ISO27001)
  • Knowledge of Automotive product lifecycle & Software development lifecycle
  • Intacs Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE®) certification
  • Experience conducting comprehensive internal compliance audits (particularly ASPICE)
  • Nice to have knowledge of Automotive Infotainment domain
  • Knowledge of experience in Software Development & Testing
  • Well-known tools: Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, BitBucket
  • Working in a cross-cultural team
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
